Hope, Peace and Purpose
Bethany Church of the Nazarene is a multigenerational and multicultural church family located in the Rumford section of East Providence, Rhode Island.
We come together for worship, prayer, Bible study, and discipleship as we seek to share the hope, peace, and purpose found in Jesus Christ.
Bethany is part of the global Church of the Nazarene and follows the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition, emphasizing the life-changing grace of God and a call to love God and serve others.

We believe church is a place where people can experience God’s love, build meaningful friendships, grow in their faith, and discover hope, peace, and purpose through Jesus Christ.
Our prayer is that from the moment you arrive, you will feel welcomed, encouraged, and at home. We look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your journey of faith.
We want every family to feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable when they visit Bethany.
If this is your family’s first visit, our greeters will be happy to help you check in your children and answer any questions before the service begins.
